What You'll Do: We are seeking an accomplished technology executive to join our Information Technology leadership team as Business Technology Delivery Vice President. In this role, you will provide strategic direction and executive leadership for dedicated IT resources responsible for delivering complex technology solutions and enterprise initiatives. You will partner closely with business leaders, IT leadership, Executive Operations Support, and the Enterprise PMO to translate organizational priorities into integrated delivery plans, clearly defined outcomes, and scalable, secure, and customer-focused solutions.

You will provide end-to-end leadership across the systems development lifecycle, helping ensure technology solutions are effectively planned, designed, developed, tested, implemented, and transitioned to ongoing support. You will also advance consistent delivery practices, strengthen governance and transparency, manage risks and dependencies, and help ensure technology investments meet expectations for quality, cost, schedule, operational readiness, and business value.

Strong candidates will be experienced in leading through influence across a matrixed organization, resolving complex delivery challenges, and developing technology leaders and teams. Success in this role will require strong business and financial acumen, executive presence, sound decision-making, and the ability to create shared accountability across business, technology, and external partner teams.

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

• College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Twelve or more years of progressive experience in technology leadership, solution delivery, application development, program delivery, or related IT functions.

• Eight or more years of experience leading technology-enabled transformation, including the implementation of new delivery practices, operating models, or enterprise solutions.

• Eight or more years of people leadership experience building, managing, and developing high-performing teams.

• Demonstrated success leading dedicated technology resources responsible for delivering large, complex, or enterprise-level solutions and initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of systems development lifecycle practices, modern application delivery, technology platforms, systems integration, quality engineering, and applicable security, risk, and compliance requirements.

• Experience managing interdependent initiatives, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and vendor commitments.

• Proven ability to partner with business and technology leaders, translate organizational priorities into actionable technology plans, and communicate complex considerations to executive and non-technical audiences.

• Experience managing strategic vendors, consulting partners, managed service providers, and other third-party resources.

• Strong executive presence with excellent leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, relationship-building, and communication skills.

• Ability to travel as needed.

• This position is located in West Des Moines, Iowa.
