Business Transactions Attorney: Hands-On Deal Work in Conshohocken

Our client, an established Conshohocken firm with an active transactional practice, is seeking a Business Transactions Attorney with 4+ years of experience. The group advises middle-market companies and entrepreneurs on acquisitions, commercial contracts, financings, and corporate governance.

This is an in-office role in Conshohocken, where you will work side by side with transactional partners in a collaborative suburban Philadelphia setting.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, commercial contracts, and corporate documents
• Manage due diligence and closing processes
• Advise clients on deal structure, governance, and risk
• Support financing and growth transactions
• Serve as a practical counselor to business clients

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate or business transactional experience
• Strong drafting and client service skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters with partner support
• Commitment to working in office in Conshohocken
