Parallel Employment Group is seeking a motivated Business-to-Consumer Customer Service Representative to join a growing manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to consumers, ensuring a positive experience from inquiry through post-sale follow-up.
Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving product issues, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer needs. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential in this role.
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or B2C environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Proficient in computer applications and order management systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
$18.72 an hour
