As a Business Technology Manager Sr. within PNC's Information Technology's Site Reliability Engineering Center (SRC) you will work from one of PNC IT Hubs: Denver, Colorado; Phoenix, Arizona; Cleveland, Ohio; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Birmingham, Alabama; or Dallas, Texas.
As a Business Technology Manager Sr. - Incident Management, you will lead and develop a team of Technology Major Incident Managers responsible for coordinating the recovery of critical technology incidents. This highly visible role combines people leadership, executive communication, and operational oversight, partnering with technical teams and business leaders to drive effective incident resolution, restore services quickly, and continuously improve incident management processes across the organization.
This role primarily operates during weekday business hours, typically between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with flexibility in scheduling. You will lead a globally distributed, shift-based team that provides 24x7 incident management coverage and may be required to provide leadership support during critical incidents and escalations outside of normal business hours.
You will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment driven by 24x7 operational events. Each day presents new challenges and priorities, requiring the ability to quickly shift focus between leading critical incident recoveries, driving process improvement initiatives, partnering with Risk and Audit on lessons learned, engaging with senior technology leaders, and overseeing problem management activities.
In this role, you will leverage your leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to guide teams through complex situations, collaborate with service partners, and communicate effectively with senior technology leaders, including PNC's most senior executives.

Base Salary: $100,100.00 – $204,490.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 09/01/2026, although it may be longer with business discretion.
