Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst with London Market Insurance knowledge to join a dynamic team focusing on greenfield product and technology initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with Product Managers and global operations teams to build a new premium allocation and calculation capability. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business representatives and technical teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with global Operations teams to map and document existing business processes.
  • Develop comprehensive business requirements and document user stories with acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager to maintain the product roadmap and prioritize requirements based on impact.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to define project scope, create project plans, and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
  • Implement system testing protocols and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams.

Required Skills

  • Business Analysis: 8+ years of experience in product or technology-focused environments.
  • London Market Insurance: 2+ years of industry-specific experience.
  • Azure DevOps & Agile: 5+ years of experience managing requirements and documentation.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Education: Graduation degree.
