About the Job Youre Considering
Capgemini is seeking a Business Technology Architect to join our Technology Sector team. This role combines business architecture, technology consulting, and industry expertise to help clients define and execute transformation strategies that drive growth, operational efficiency, and innovation.
As a Business Technology Architect, you will work closely with business leaders, technology stakeholders, and architecture teams to align business goals with technology investments and transformation initiatives. You will support the development of business capabilities, operating models, technology roadmaps, and enterprise transformation programs that enable clients to adapt and grow in rapidly evolving markets.
You will work with some of the worlds most influential technology organizations, including hyperscalers, cloud providers, platform companies, OEMs, semiconductor manufacturers, and emerging technology innovators. These clients operate highly complex ecosystems that require scalable business processes, modern technology platforms, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Business Architects define and structure business strategy, capabilities, services, governance, organizational domains, and key business processes. They align goals and objectives with products, platforms, services, partners, and suppliers to optimize enterprise performance and transformation outcomes. Their focus is on end-to-end value delivery, business operations, and strategic initiatives that connect business objectives to execution.
Business Architects establish and maintain a comprehensive view across business domains, from strategy through implementation. They create capability maps, value streams, operating models, and transformation roadmaps that support operational excellence, business agility, and sustainable growth.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $233,740
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
