A bit about us:

We are looking for a Business Systems & Technology Manager to own how technology supports and improves business operations across the organization, with particular emphasis on Salesforce and NetSuite.

This role sits at the intersection of business operations, enterprise applications, and technology. You will partner closely with teams across Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, Billing, Customer Support, and Operations to understand business needs, evaluate system requests, and determine the right technology solution.

A major focus of the role will be overseeing Salesforce and NetSuite through the specialists who administer those platforms. You do not need to be the day-to-day Salesforce or NetSuite administrator, but you should have strong experience working with CRM and ERP environments and understand how changes to these systems impact business processes, integrations, data, and downstream teams.

We are looking for someone who asks why a change is needed before deciding how to build it. You should be comfortable evaluating requests based on business impact, cost, complexity, and ROI — including recommending against or deferring changes that do not justify the investment.
What You'll Do

Business Systems & Enterprise Applications

Oversee Salesforce and NetSuite and partner with the administrators responsible for each platform
Serve as a primary point of connection between business stakeholders and technical/system resources
Own the intake, evaluation, prioritization, and delivery process for business systems requests
Gather requirements and identify the underlying business problem before recommending a technology solution
Evaluate whether needs should be addressed through Salesforce, NetSuite, integrations, configuration changes, automation, or another application
Distinguish between straightforward configuration requests and changes that have broader architectural, integration, or downstream implications
Evaluate proposed changes based on business impact, ROI, cost, risk, complexity, and operational value
Build clear recommendations and communicate trade-offs to business and technical leadership
Manage system roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, dependencies, and competing requests
Help maintain reliable data flow and integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other business applications
Lead or support system implementations, migrations, enhancements, and process changes from requirements through production
Drive continuous improvement of business processes through technology

Cross-Functional Business Partnership

Partner closely with Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, Billing, Operations, and Customer Support
Translate business objectives into system requirements, workflows, and actionable technology initiatives
Facilitate prioritization and trade-off discussions between stakeholders
Manage change readiness, communication, documentation, and adoption surrounding system changes
Monitor system and process issues to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement

Technology, Vendor & Governance

Manage technology vendors, contracts, renewals, licensing, and software utilization
Evaluate new technology and determine whether existing platforms can solve the business need before introducing additional tools
Support AI governance and identify opportunities to improve business operations through AI and automation
Support SOC 2 and ISO 27001/27701 compliance initiatives
Maintain clear documentation around system decisions, risks, issues, processes, and controls

IT Operations

This position will also provide oversight of the company's U.S. IT environment. While business systems will be a significant focus of the role, you should be comfortable stepping in when an escalated technical issue requires additional support.

Oversee onboarding, offboarding, user access, licensing, and permissions
Serve as an escalation point above AI-assisted Tier 1 support
Provide oversight of Google Workspace, identity/SSO, endpoint security, and Mac/Windows environments
Help improve IT workflows, runbooks, and support automation
Partner with regional IT teams supporting employees outside the U.S.
