Key Requirements:
8+ years relevant experience + Bachelor’s OR 10+ years + Associate’s OR 12+ years + HS Diploma
4+ years formal ITSM, PMLC, and SDLC experience
Experience supporting IT solutions and large IT projects
Strong business requirements gathering/documentation
Experience with data/application integration, data modeling, data governance, and data querying

Strong understanding of ITSM, PMLC & SDLC
Experience working with both business and technical teams
Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working remotely with geographically distributed teams
Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Knowledge of IT security policies and protecting information assets
