Business Systems Specialist
Pay: $50,000 - $55,000
Bonus: Up to 20%
HQ: Romeoville, IL (Chicago Suburb)
Available locations for candidates: EST or CST (No west coast)

Required Skills:
- 1-3 Years professional experience preferred but open to new grads with the right background
- Salesforce experience or certifications (Certified Salesforce Admin is ideal), Must have certs or working experience. Either is acceptable.
- They utilize Rootstock ERP, this is a big plus but not a requirement. Salesforce is the most relatable ERP.
- Ability to work with financial team on various projects
- High-end communicator, can talk with anyone in the organization
- Additional technologies: Content management software (Box), eSignature software (Box Sign, or similar), Lead Management Systems (Zuant)
- These are not required but what they utilize internally
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Finance team with management of Rootstock ERP
- Identify opportunity for process improvement and find solutions
- Assist in writing SOPs for Rootstock ERP management
- Data entry in CRM and online content management systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP and Software issues
