We're seeking a hands-on
Business Systems Architect to lead technical solutions for a new ServiceNow implementation while supporting the integration and optimization of enterprise business applications.

The ideal candidate combines
deep ServiceNow development expertise with an architectural mindset. You'll work directly with IT leadership, engineers, and business stakeholders to design solutions, automate processes, and connect critical business platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Play a key technical role in a new ServiceNow implementation, including platform configuration, development, workflow automation, and integrations.
Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, CSM, EAM, and CMDB.
Establish scalable architecture, integration standards, data flows, and system governance across enterprise applications.
Support NetSuite ERP enhancements, workflow improvements, and integrations.
Help evaluate and implement future CRM and HRIS solutions.
Develop APIs, integrations, and automated workflows to eliminate manual processes and improve data consistency.
Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, Commercial, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver successful system initiatives.
Maintain technical documentation, integration inventories, development standards, and change controls.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, scalability, and user adoption.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in enterprise business systems architecture, implementation, development, or integration.
Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience, including platform configuration, workflow automation, and integrations.
Experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
Experience supporting and integrating ERP, CRM, HRIS, or other enterprise business applications.
Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data architecture, and workflow automation.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external implementation partners.
Strong documentation, system governance, troubleshooting, and change management skills.
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to lead technical discussions and recommend solutions.
Self-directed, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and remain hands-on.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Ability to accommodate meetings and collaboration across U.S. time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Broad ServiceNow experience across multiple modules, including ITSM, CSM, EAM, and CMDB.
Experience with NetSuite ERP, including integrations, enhancements, and workflow automation.
Experience supporting CRM or HRIS platform evaluations and implementations.
Experience establishing enterprise application architecture and governance in growing organizations.
Background working in startups, high-growth companies, or evolving IT environments.
Familiarity with AI-enabled workflow automation and business process optimization.
