    Schwab is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Voice Channel Product Management team and assist with supporting the full lifecycle of a set of Schwab''s contact center products including data, reporting, and call routing workstreams.

    The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and self-driven individual that thrives in a fast-paced technical development environment. This role provides an opportunity to leverage strong analytical skills to solve complex business problems across multiple functional areas, while also providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and applications to support client requirements. This role is critical in driving significant enhancements and streamlining processes that shorten time-to-market for our products.

    The Business Systems Analyst on the Voice Channel Product Team will manage the intake of business requests and partner with Business, Product and Technology to research and resolve complex system and data issues, translate business needs into technical solutions, document requirements and user stories, develop functional systems documentation, build key relationships with stakeholders, and communicate with partners.

    What you have

    Required:

    • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, collaborating with business and technical teams to understand requirements.
    • Proficiency in writing business and technical documentation (requirements, use cases, user stories, workflow diagrams, activity diagrams, wireframes, etc.).
    • Proficiency in working with data and familiarity with database structures and concepts.
    • Experience in impact analysis and understanding data changes in upstream/downstream systems.
    • Ability to analyze data, data flows, and generate data mappings to provide business solutions.
    • Experience with Agile practices, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
    • Experience contributing to the development and delivery of executive-level presentations.
    • Ability to grasp complex concepts and large architectures quickly, including new technologies.
    • Ability to work independently and to effectively collaborate with all types of stakeholders, technical and business partners, peers, and leaders across a distributed workforce.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to handle tasks with competing priorities.

    Preferred:

    • BA/BS degree
    • Strong SQL query experience
    • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
    • Experience with contact center data and technology
    • Knowledge and practice in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
    • Experience in the financial industry

    In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
