    Location - Plano TX
    Business Systems Analyst specializing in Client Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM),
    responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements to support fraud, risk, compliance, and regulatory technology initiatives. I work closely with business stakeholders, risk teams, and technology partners to design and implement effective fraud management solutions within the Client FCRM platform. My responsibilities include documenting workflows, data mappings, system configurations, and technical specifications; creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira; and supporting the full product lifecycle from requirements analysis through design, development, testing, deployment, and post implementation support. I leverage advanced MS SQL and ETL expertise to analyze and transform data, develop insightful Power BI dashboards and reports for fraud monitoring and decision making, and create PowerShell automation scripts to improve operational efficiency. Additionally, I facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), validate fraud technology solutions, and ensure alignment between business objectives, compliance requirements, and system capabilities. Experience with JSON and Python further enhances my ability to support integrations, automation, and data driven solutions within the Fraud Factory ecosystem.
