Job Summary
The MiChart Clinical Documentation team at Michigan Medicine seeks a Healthcare/IT Professional as primary support for Epic's Clinical Documentation application. This team focuses on Nursing and Allied health clinical documentation for all inpatient areas.
Responsibilities*
The Senior Business Analyst will need to be proficient with EPIC configuration and obtain proficiency in ClinDoc if certification is in other EPIC applications.

Identify opportunities to optimize clinical documentation workflows, improve user experience, and reduce clinician burden through system enhancements and process redesign.
Proactively stay current on Epic releases, new functionality, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices related to clinical documentation and health information systems.
Support a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Applications and Clinical Informatics teams.
Participate in on-call off hours and weekend rotation.
