On rare occasions, a BA may need to work late due to an after-hours deployment, but this is uncommon. I wanted to share this information to ensure the stated work hours do not deter candidates from applying or interviewing. We are looking for someone experienced who can take ownership of the project, lead the team, and demonstrate strong initiative. A few of the candidates also did not interview well and were unable to provide examples that showed competency in these areas. Because this is a senior-level position, we need someone who brings solid BA experience, can learn our environment-specific practices, and then work independently. Thank you!
