Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Business Systems Analyst with our client located in Santa Clara, CA.
Job Responsibilities:- This role provides senior business systems analyst consulting expertise to align enterprise strategy with scalable process design and CPQ best practices.
- The consultant will define and optimize complex, cross-functional workflows supporting advanced services, sales, order management, and field operations.
- Responsibilities include translating business needs into functional requirements and user stories, partnering with architects and developers to implement CPQ configurations, and ensuring alignment across integrated enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, CPQ, and ERP systems.
- The role also supports process governance, platform standardization, testing, and adoption to ensure scalable, sustainable solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Job Qualifications:- 5-8 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Logik.io, Google Cloud Apps, Zoura, NetSuite
- Experience in requirements documentation & gathering, stakeholder management, UAT, process mapping.
Job Details:- Job Type: Contract
- Pay Range: $65-$70/hr.
- Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
