The ideal candidate is a technically curious, process-oriented professional who can translate business needs into platform configurations, enforce governance standards across the software lifecycle, and serve as a trusted resource for citizen developers and business unit partners alike.

This role will be located at our HQ in San Diego CA. or Centennial CO. location. Remote is not available.

  • Triage automation failures and platform incidents; perform root cause analysis and document resolutions in ServiceNow
  • Assist business units in translating process requirements into automation designs; escalate complex builds to senior engineers
  • Monitor workflow execution queues, exception logs, and Splunk dashboards for anomalies; respond to alerts within defined SLA windows

Integration & Data Handling

  • Maintain integration credentials, API keys, and secrets management

Stakeholder Enablement

  • Develop and deliver training materials, onboarding guides, and quick-reference documentation for platform end users
  • Participate in intake calls and requirements discussions to assess feasibility, estimate effort, and route requests through the correct CoE intake channel (ServiceNow, ADO, or PMO)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a business systems analyst, platform administrator, or IT operations role
  • 1+ year working within an Agile/Scrum environment
