Business Systems Analyst Jack Henry / SilverLake Integrations

Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid)

6-Month Contract with possible Contract-to-Hire

Pay Range: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Job Description:

The Business Systems Analyst will support banking technology and lending systems, with a focus on Jack Henry, SilverLake, EBL, and SBA loan origination platforms. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to gather requirements, support integrations, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver technology solutions.

The Business Systems Analyst will analyze system interfaces, data flows, APIs, and integration requirements while translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories. This role will also support system enhancements, testing, issue resolution, and documentation across banking and lending platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong banking experience, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams in a hybrid environment.

Required Skills:

" 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role within banking or financial services

" Strong experience with Jack Henry and SilverLake

" Experience with EBL and SBA loan origination systems

" Understanding of banking and lending processes

" Experience with banking system integrations

" Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements

" Experience supporting integration, UAT, regression, and production testing

" Experience documenting workflows, data mappings, and system processes

" Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

" Strong written and verbal communication skills

" Ability to work with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders

Bonus/Soft Skills:

" Experience with Client banking platforms

" Experience with FIS banking platforms

" Experience with SQL, APIs, JSON, XML, or similar integration technologies

" Experience with core banking or loan origination systems

" Experience supporting banking system conversions or implementations

" Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills

" Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
