Description
Join a dynamic team in a fully onsite role where you'll support system operations and improve processes. This contract position requires expertise in enterprise resource planning and project management tools to enhance workflow and system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor system logs daily and troubleshoot interface errors or issues.
- Support process improvement projects by evaluating current workflows and identifying improvement strategies.
- Coordinate project planning, including scheduling and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to achieve project goals.
- Present re-engineered processes to various organizational levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in computer or information sciences.
- 2-5 years of experience in operations and product delivery using enterprise resource planning systems.
- Advanced proficiency in office productivity software.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools is preferred.
