Please review the job description below: Job ID: 18-13866 Key Responsibilities/ Technology Experience: Work across Client Technology Projects to engage the right resources at the right time to ensure quality artifacts are created under the projects Provide input and Subject matter expertise to Technology Projects on Scope management and requirements management best practices and processes Provide input on Requirements management tools used on projects Identify, Recommend, adopt and Implement Requirements Management industry best practices and tools within Client Works with PMO/ PM CoE to oversee and govern the quality of requirements artifacts across all projects Document and manage the Requirements deliverables within Client quality Standards Track Technology projects Scope volatility, report to and engage cross organization leaders to improve the process Ensure Technology projects have solid requirements/ scope management process , aligned architectural view and E2E traceability Works closely with QA team to ensure traceability and coverage across all requirements types Create business process models Assess quality of requirements, identify gaps and work to resolve the gaps Background in technical integration or data analytics Experience with reviewing and standardizing documents Deep technical and data knowledge and understanding of integration, data conversion and data mapping Project Management experience with large technology implementations Experience with Agile and Waterfall projects In-depth subject matter expertise on Scope management, Requirements management tools, processes and best practices Technical Acumen Ability to work at both detail and high level Ability to communicate to multiple audiences Work across organization to ensure that all components supporting the end-to-end objective/requirement have been assigned Must Haves: Project Management experience and skills (Agile and Waterfall) Technical acumen Strong Communication skills Ability to drive across multiple stakeholder organizations Great presentation skills In-depth understanding and experience on Scope management, Requirements management tools and techniques In-depth understanding of business architecture and Business process mapping Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite 2010 (Excel, PowerPoint and Visio included) Direct hands on experience working with Waterfall and Agile project methodology Preferred/ Nice-to-haves: PMP Scrum Master Our client is a leading Banking & Financial Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
