Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM
Location: Hybrid position requiring 2 in-office per week at local Client office

The Digital Product Business Systems Analyst partners with the Product Owner, finance strategy leaders, and internal users to translate business needs into product priorities, system requirements, configurations, testing activities, and adoption plans.
This role supports the delivery and continuous improvement of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) systems and core finance capabilities within Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). The analyst serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping ensure that new features, enhancements, integrations, and process changes deliver measurable value to end users.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with the Product Owner to understand the needs of business strategy leaders and internal users, translating those needs into actionable product requirements and priorities.
• Support the maintenance, enhancement, and integration of financial planning and analysis systems and core finance capabilities.
• Build, document, and continuously improve complex finance and FP&A business processes, with a focus on usability, efficiency, control, and business value.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and other functional requirements.
• Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning activities, working cross-functionally with Product Owners, developers, testers, data teams, and finance stakeholders.
• Develop test strategies, test scenarios, test data, and test scripts based on approved requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, defect triage, and validation that delivered capabilities meet business needs.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM capabilities, including applicable dimensions, metadata, forms, business rules, workflows, security, data loads, and related system components.
• Perform routine Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM job runs and operational activities; investigate processing issues and coordinate resolution with appropriate technical teams.
• Support post-implementation activities, including configuration updates, system administration, release readiness, regression testing, documentation, and end-user support.
• Develop communication, process, and education plans to help stakeholders understand and adopt system and process changes.
• Contribute to formal change management activities and lead internal change efforts for smaller initiatives, while collaborating with project and change leaders on larger or more complex changes.
• Support the delivery of incremental and continuous value to end users by validating that implemented features and capabilities achieve the intended outcomes.
• Understand technical strategy, system integrations, data flows, and cross-functional dependencies. Communicate risks and potential impacts to business processes as part of product and portfolio planning.
• Conduct descriptive and diagnostic data analysis to inform business decisions, including root-cause analysis, impact analysis, scenario analysis, and operational and performance reporting.
• Create working system prototypes, process models, and scenario analyses to support decision-making and solution design.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of requirements, configurations, business processes, test results, decisions, and operating procedures.
• Take a team-first approach to strengthening cross-functional capabilities through knowledge sharing, training, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Perform
