    Business Systems Analyst (Medicare /Medicaid)
    Location: Newark-NJ (Day one onsite)
    Duration: 12 Months
    Rate: DOE

    Required:
    Experience/Skillset - Medicare or Medicaid
    • 10+ years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst is required
    • At least 5-6 years of experience in the health insurance industry is required
    • Can manage projects of medium to large size and complexity with minimal guidance from the Business Analyst Level 3 and above, and relationship managers
    • SME Knowledge of more than one payor domains such as Membership, Claims, Benefits, Pricing, Vendor Delegation etc.
    • Must be well versed and able to drive typical BSA deliverables like BRD, RTM, User Stories etc.
    • Must be well conversant with SDLC processes and methodologies
    • Self-starter with strong communication, presentation, relationship building and strategic analytical skills
