ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Looking for someone who can serve as the connective leader between business and technology, bringing structure, operating rigor, and strategic direction to the overall work set.
• They will need to be able to look at the end-to-end process and help structure our program.
• Use AI for compliance. Set up prompts that autokick off a job based on what the outcome it.
• Helping put structure on the team. Meaning looking at the JIRA board and putting structure to it.
• Interfacing with teams – helping build road map of the different projects we have in our pipeline.
• Mangine a portfolio, giving updates, requesting updates, managing the workload.
• Projects
1) Automating firewall deployments end to end.
2) Put structure around JIRA board and capture and categorize the work effort.
3) Helping build the roadmap of what we have today in the portfolio, compliance, the different internal controls.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
• AI (Priority)
• DevOps
• Network Compliance
• Automation
• Python
• VS Code
• CoPilot
• Strong leadership experience, self-driven
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills needed, including the ability to manage multiple priorities.
FLEX SKILLS:
• PM experience a plus
SOFT SKILLS:
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills are necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
• Verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking skills, diligence, and people skills.
• Strong organizational skills needed, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, keep correct records, meet deadlines, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
EDUCATION:
• Will look at 8 yrs experience in lieu of education.
• HS degree minimum
• Development or coding certifications a plus
