Job Description

This role will be a critical asset for the WMS Analytics team, a global team of analysts and developers supporting WMS and Supervision operations. The role will focus on delivering data, reporting, and automations for the WMS and Supervision business units. Primary tools will be PowerBI, Salesforce/CRM, Excel, new AI capabilities and various development tools. The role will work closely with partners to develop end-to-end solutions for reporting and processes, and provide BAU and ad hoc reporting critical to the business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver BAU reporting to multiple business lines, while establishing expertise in data and business knowledge
  • Drive efficiencies for analytics and processes through automation using endorsed tools and technology
  • Strong collaboration with business users to ensure requirements are understood and met
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies and enhancements in current and future data deliverables
  • Leverage data to enhance reporting on activity; connect data points across multiple systems to provide meaningful insights with guidance from leaders.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills and ability to develop reporting using available technology applications
  • Strong relationship and communication skills in working with colleagues and providing recommendations and insights based on available data and industry knowledge
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a data and reporting environment, or exposure through education in data, computer science, etc.
  • Willingness to learn new tools supporting AI transformations and other development of end-to-end processes to support business needs
  • Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience on a data delivery team
  • Experience in financial industry
  • Tool proficiency in Salesforce/CRM, PowerBI and SQL

Base Pay Salary

The base salary is $66,700-100,000 and maybe vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
