Business Systems Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Junior Business Systems Analyst for a hybrid position (4 days per week onsite) with a Major Financial Services Firm located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. 

Compensation: $39-40 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Business Systems Analyst to join our client's Technology Services team. This role supports the organization's enterprise voice and unified communications environment by providing business analysis, operational support, and administration of voice technologies, with a focus on a comprehensive voice service solution for financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the overall success of the voice services offering by providing a superior customer service experience and support throughout the onboarding process
• Collect and document business and technical requirements to set up voice services for field offices
• Serve as a primary contact for customers onboarding to voice services and act as an escalation point for customer service issues when necessary
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve the overall end-to-end service experience through onboarding, training, support, and documentation

Primary Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of relevant experience
• Enjoys helping others and meeting customer expectations
• Ability to work effectively with a range of resources, both onshore and offshore
• Resourceful and committed to providing solutions to business needs
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days per week onsite at the Minneapolis headquarters
