Description

Seeking a Business Systems Analyst, Enrollment & Member/Provider Services to support Enrollment and Member/Provider Services operations through the implementation of HealthRules Payer (HRP) and GuidingCare, as well as post-go-live stabilization.

This cross-functional role serves as a connector between business operations, IT, and external vendors. The Analyst will help ensure system changes are implemented correctly, data remains accurate, workflows are ready for transition, and both Enrollment and Member/Provider Services are supported throughout implementation and stabilization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support testing activities, including UAT execution, regression testing, and validation of system behavior.
  • Perform data migration checks for enrollment, demographic, provider, and related datasets.
  • Review system configurations for accuracy and completeness across HealthRules Payer and GuidingCare.
  • Track issues, triage defects, and follow up to support timely resolution.
  • Develop and update process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Support operational readiness and stabilization planning ahead of go-live.
  • Map and manage integration points between Enrollment and Member/Provider Services.
  • Help ensure HRP and GuidingCare requirements remain aligned across functional areas.
  • Coordinate workflow changes that affect multiple teams.
  • Identify and help prevent duplication, misalignment, or conflicting decisions between departments.
  • Provide ongoing system maintenance and configuration support after implementation.
  • Serve as first-line support for operational issues related to HRP and GuidingCare.
  • Oversee data-quality checks and reconciliation activities.
  • Refine workflows and support continuous process optimization.
  • Act as liaison between Operations, IT, and vendors regarding system enhancements, issues, and releases.
  • Help maintain a positive member and provider experience through operational continuity and system accuracy.
  • Preserve and document institutional knowledge gained during implementation and stabilization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Information Systems, Public Health, or a related field, OR Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience in health plan operations, systems support, or business analysis.
  • Enrollment experience.
  • Large-scale system migration experience.
  • System implementation experience.
  • Experience with UAT, regression testing, system validation, defect tracking, or related implementation activities.
  • Experience supporting data migration, data-quality validation, or reconciliation activities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Adaptability and learning agility.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Process orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Hybrid schedule - 2 days in office near the financial district of Manhattan
