Business Systems Analyst to fulfill an immediate vacancy.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with application owners, software engineers, QA analysts, business stakeholders, and architects to deliver enhancements and improvements to enterprise applications.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall effectiveness.
- Gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements.
We are actively speaking with applicants who have a minimum of:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, and translating business needs into technology solutions.
- 3+ years of experience working with enterprise database management systems, including SQL Server or similar relational database platforms.
- Experience supporting EDI, compliance, integration, or enterprise application environments.
Preferred Certifications and Experience:
- Experience in analyzing business problems and identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Experience supporting projects throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience creating process flows, technical diagrams, and project documentation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, software engineers, QA teams, and architects.
- Experience defining acceptance criteria and supporting testing activities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile team facilitator.
- Knowledge of infrastructure and enterprise systems concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-resolution skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
