Required

• Agile Product Owner or Agile Business Analyst experience
• Cloud-hosted application experience
• Medicare experience
• Jira/Confluence
• TestRail/ALM

Nice to Have

• Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
• Understanding of DevOps practices and helping manage cloud-based analytics pipelines and deployments
• Experience with version control, automated testing, and deployment of workflows

Day to Day

• Operate in Agile environments, participating in daily stand-ups
• Use tools like Jira and Confluence to track progress and document user stories
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and business stakeholders
• Lead or contribute to team presentations, where strong communication skills are essential for explaining complex technical solutions in a clear, business-friendly way
• Design and optimize cloud-based analytics solutions
• Define customer needs in a technical context
• Ensure proposed cloud solutions align with business objectives
• Provide guidance and support for large cloud IT projects
• Contribute to data governance and compliance efforts
• Offer mentorship to less experienced staff
• Blend deep technical execution with cross-functional leadership, serving as a critical bridge between IT and business
