Job description:
Role Summary:
We are urgently looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support a Patient Safety initiative for a leading Life Sciences client.
Key Requirements:
- Strong BSA/BA experience with requirements gathering and functional analysis
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery teams
- Life Sciences / Pharma experience preferred
- Exposure to Patient Safety, Pharmacovigilance, or Drug Safety is a strong plus
- Must be onsite in Chicago at least 3 days/week
