Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Requirements: Strong Business Systems Analyst experience with expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management. Prior hands-on technical experience as a Developer, Quality Engineer/Test Engineer, or Technical Analyst.

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for their Mount Laurel, NJ location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to support integration initiatives.
• Develop executive dashboards, presentations, and leadership meeting content.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement review sessions.
• Support project delivery by ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

 
Requirements:

• Strong Business Systems Analyst experience with expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in creating executive-level presentations, meeting materials, status reports, and steering committee content.
• Solid understanding of integration concepts, including system interactions, data flows, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional and executive-facing documentation.
• Preferred Skills
• Prior hands-on technical experience as a Developer, Quality Engineer/Test Engineer, or Technical Analyst.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and emerging technologies.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, system integrations, and application security principles.
• Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
