Description
Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Business Systems Analyst and establish and maintain training records in support of the Safety Organization Internal Operations at the facility to help ensure the agency and its contracted business partners remain in compliance with safety training requirements. This assignment will work with Subject Matter Experts in the Safety Organization, its stakeholders, and with multiple internal department representatives to establish, maintain, and analyze training requirements to track their completion, compliance, authenticity, and frequency needs per federal, state, agency, and Authority Having Jurisdiction guidance. The assignment will rely heavily on the ability to use various Learning Management System applications, Adobe, Cority, ISN, Procore, Microsoft products, and other available software programs that perform data input, retrieval/mining, and analysis.
This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is full time on site based in Vancouver, Washington with onsite 5 days per week. The hourly pay rate for this position is between $66.00 and $78.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree in data science, data analytics, business analytics, data modeling, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or applicable fields is preferred.
8 years of experience is required with a bachelor's degree in applicable fields.
10 years of experience is required with an associate degree in applicable fields.
12 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
Experience should include a combination of work-related experience on-the-job training and/or vocational training and should be consistent with the specific requirements listed in the tasks above and progressively more technical in nature.
Proficiency in the use of a learning management system and associated database software programs utilized to establish and maintain personnel training and effective technical administrative recordkeeping skills is required.
Proficiency in the use of Adobe Acrobat Pro and the full Microsoft Office applications for the purposes of creating Access database, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Visio diagrams, charts, workflows, diagrams, and various miscellaneous materials into a professional published form is required.
Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required.
Preferred Skills:
Demonstrated experience with safety training and understanding of safety and occupational health environment sufficient to explain technical issues to a disparate range of technical and non-technical clients.
Advanced ability to organize and present information in various forms such as textual, graphical, and statistical.
Knowledge of various safety and occupational health consensus standards and guidelines.
Knowledge of learning and development best practices.
A proven track record of training program development and management.
Excellent leadership skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
