Business System Analyst - Washington, DC
Duration: 3+ months, Remote
Seeking for a skilled Business System Analyst with understanding of warehouse management and fulfillment systems, as well as the ability to analyze impacts across various integrated applications.
- Domain & Business Knowledge:
- Deep knowledge of warehouse management and fulfillment systems.
- Experience with Inventory Management Systems, including parts management and supplier interfaces.
- Ability to analyze upstream/downstream impacts across integrated applications.
- Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and defect analysis.
- Familiarity with Apache Kafka and understanding of data flows.
- Experience with API validation and integration rules.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Forms and databases.
- Delivery & Process Skills:
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with project management tools, preferably VersionOne.
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), preferably ServiceNow.
- Cross-Team Facilitation:
- Strong facilitation skills for discussions across teams.
- Ability to serve as liaison between business and technical teams.
- Expected Deliverables:
- Support the operation and security of applications.
- Work on high-priority issues and support test automation.
- Create process documentation, user guides, and support workflows.
