We are seeking a full-time contractor to support the day-to-day operations of DoorDash's Restaurant Pricing workstream. This role is crucial in helping merchants optimize their pricing while making the DoorDash platform more affordable for consumers. You'll be working remotely with a dynamic team based in the vibrant city of San Francisco, CA.

Role Overview

As a key player in the Restaurant Pricing Operations, you will ensure the smooth running of the workstream by supporting sales operations, troubleshooting issues, improving system accuracy, and automating processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our pricing strategies.

What You'll Do

• Sales Operations and Planning: Support our sales team with materials, track performance, troubleshoot issues, and fulfill data requests.
• System Maintenance and Data Support: Maintain data and systems, track progress towards objectives, manage budgets, and troubleshoot issues.
• Process Improvements and Automations: Write SQL queries, manage data in Salesforce, build automations, and create dashboards for strategic insights.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Salesforce
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Comfortable with troubleshooting and escalating issues

Preferences

• Experience with Google Sheets/Apps Script, Sigma or Mode
• Background in pricing, restaurant, or marketplace operations
• Skills in identifying and building automations
