    Omni Operations & Reporting is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative professional to drive operational excellence, support strategic product initiatives, and enhance business processes across the organization. This role serves as a key partner between business stakeholders, product teams, vendors, and internal partners, ensuring the successful delivery of product launches, platform enhancements, risk management activities, and process improvement initiatives.

    The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong analytical, technical, and project leadership skills, capable of translating business needs into effective solutions. Success in this role requires sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where collaboration, client experience, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement are critical to achieving business objectives. The candidate should demonstrate experience working with operational data, reporting, and automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, and SQL). Familiarity with SuRPAS and mutual fund operations is preferred, along with experience leading cross functional projects and managing vendor relationships to ensure successful outcomes and ongoing operational effectiveness.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Lead and execute product launches, system enhancements, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
    • Gather, document, validate, and manage business requirements while partnering with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
    • Coordinate and lead testing activities, including issue identification, tracking, resolution, and implementation support.
    • Build strong relationships and collaborate across business units, technology teams, product partners, and vendors.
    • Support risk management and regulatory control activities, including Privacy, Business Continuity Planning, Records Information Management, and Written Supervisory Procedures.
    • Analyze business data and trends to identify insights, support decision making, and improve operational performance.
    • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in assigned products, platforms, and operational processes.
    • Share knowledge, provide guidance, and contribute to the development and success of team members.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, operations, product support, or business analysis.
    • Strong project management and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and implement solutions.
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
    • Experience supporting testing, issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
    • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
    • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, manage risk, and make effective decisions in a collaborative environment.
