    Job Overview

    The Business Support Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all site administration and business support functions to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective operations. This role serves as a key business partner to site leadership by overseeing facility and administrative services, government and regulatory compliance, business licenses, expatriate support, vendor management, budgeting, and employee engagement initiatives. The position plays a critical role in enhancing operational effectiveness, driving continuous improvement, managing business risks, and delivering a positive experience for employees, customers, visitors, and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage all site administration and business support operations to ensure efficient and uninterrupted business activities.

    • Develop and control annual administration budgets, monitor expenditures, and drive cost optimization initiatives.

    • Oversee facility and workplace services, including office operations, transportation, security, housekeeping, and related site services.

    • Manage vendor and contractor performance, ensuring service quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company standards.

    • Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory authorities on business-related matters and compliance requirements.

    • Oversee business licenses, permits, registrations, and statutory documentation to ensure full regulatory compliance.

    • Manage expatriate services, including visa, work permit, immigration, and relocation support for employees and dependents.

    • Lead the planning and execution of customer visits, leadership visits, audits, and corporate events to ensure a positive stakeholder experience.

    • Establish, review, and improve administrative policies, procedures, and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

    • Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving projects across administration and business support functions.

    • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, company events, and site-wide communication initiatives.

    • Lead, develop, and coach the Business Support team, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

    What your background should look like

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Minimum 12 years of experience in Administration, General Affairs, Business Support, or Facility Management functions.
    • At least 5 years of people management experience leading administrative or support services teams.
    • Proven experience in managing site administration and facility operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
    • Strong knowledge of government regulations, business licensing, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
    • Experience working with government agencies, local authorities, and external stakeholders.
    • Solid experience in budget planning, cost control, and delivering cost-saving initiatives.
    • Demonstrated success in vendor and contractor management, including contract negotiation and performance management.
    • Experience supporting expatriates, including visa, work permit, immigration, and relocation processes.
    • Strong project management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
    • Good command of written and spoken English and Thai.
