We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy & Executive Operations Associate to support the COO team within Wealth & Investment Management Technology (WIMT). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, executive communications, and operational priorities.
The Associate will work closely with leadership across multiple business divisions to develop strategic analyses, executive presentations, and ensure seamless execution of key projects and leadership events. This position requires strong business judgment, executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic business initiatives and executive priorities.
- Develop high-impact presentations, reports, and briefing materials for COO, CIO, and senior executives.
- Analyze large and complex data sets using Excel to identify trends, generate insights, and provide business recommendations.
- Manage and track strategic projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate executive town halls, leadership meetings, and large-scale internal events across global teams.
- Handle administrative and operational responsibilities including meeting scheduling, conference room bookings, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Monitor multiple ad hoc requests while maintaining ownership of business-as-usual responsibilities.
- Drive accountability across stakeholders by proactively following up on action items and deadlines.
- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Operate effectively in a global virtual environment across multiple time zones.
Required Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, or an internal strategy group within a large enterprise organization.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate confidently with senior leadership.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven project management and coordination skills.
- High emotional intelligence, common sense, and professional maturity.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, changing environment and manage competing priorities.
Preferred Background
- Experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management, Banking, or large corporate environments preferred.
- Prior experience supporting executive-level meetings, strategy reviews, or leadership forums is a plus.
