    Description

    SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Business Solutions Intelligence Workflow Engineer for a remote opportunity for candidates within the clients footprint listed below. The Candidate will design, develop, and support intelligent workflow automation and reporting solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and strengthen risk management within a regulated financial services environment. This role partners with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies while supporting governance, user adoption, and continuous process improvement.

    Required Qualifications of the Business Solutions Intelligence Workflow Engineer:

    • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
    • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing workflow automation, reporting solutions, and process improvements using Microsoft Power Platform, or 5+ years of equivalent automation experience.
    • Experience building and supporting Power Automate workflows in a business or financial operations environment.
    • Working knowledge of SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions, and operational collaboration tools.
    • Experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI, including data modeling and visualization best practices.
    • Strong Power Query skills for data preparation, cleansing, and transformation.
    • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
    • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Experience working in banking, financial services, or another highly regulated industry is preferred.

    Preferred Skills/Experience of the Business Solutions Intelligence Workflow Engineer:

    • Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals or related Microsoft certification.
    • Experience utilizing Microsoft embedded AI capabilities within business workflows.
    • Knowledge of deployment pipelines, change management, and solution governance.
    • Experience supporting citizen developers through mentoring, governance, and best practices.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Experience developing operational documentation, user guides, and support materials.

    Responsibilities of the Business Solutions Intelligence Workflow Engineer:

    • Design, develop, test, implement, and support workflow automation, reporting, and process improvement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze operational processes, define requirements, and deliver scalable automation solutions that align with governance and compliance standards.
    • Build and maintain Power Automate workflows, SharePoint solutions, Power BI dashboards, and Power Query data transformations while ensuring solution reliability and data accuracy.
    • Monitor production automations, troubleshoot issues, support user acceptance testing, and maintain documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge resources.
    • Coach and mentor citizen developers by providing technical guidance, promoting governance standards, and enabling long-term ownership of business solutions.
    • Drive continuous improvement by measuring solution performance, identifying enhancement opportunities, and partnering with business and IT teams to optimize operational efficiency.

    Work Location: Remote within the bank's operating footprint in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Texas, or Colorado.
