Title: Business Solutions Analyst Contractor
Duration: Through 12/26/26, potential extension
Location: Tuesday - Thursday onsite in Tampa, FL or Nashville, TN
Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end product backlog, leveraging Azure DevOps (ADO), queries, dashboards, and AI-driven reporting while facilitating all Agile ceremonies to ensure effective planning, execution, and continuous delivery of customer value.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across global teams in the US, Europe, and India to drive product discovery, delivery, and decision-making, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical feasibility, and operational requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and communicate qualitative and quantitative customer, user, and business data to measure product outcomes, assess business impact, and provide actionable insights to leadership and the broader product community.
- Lead customer-centric product initiatives through direct engagement with users before, during, and after delivery, utilizing modern discovery techniques, rapid experimentation, and evidence-based approaches to validate solutions and maximize outcomes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement by bringing together diverse perspectives from engineering, design, delivery, sales, marketing, compliance, and security teams to develop simple, scalable solutions that drive measurable business results.
Requirements:- Must be proficient in ADO/queries/dashboards/owning all agile ceremonies/owning backlog e2e/AI usage for reports
- Experienced working with Global teams in India, US and Europe
- Experienced with gathering, measuring, and analyzing data to assess achievement of customer/user and business results. For example, has experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative user research to assess outcome achievement and determine the resulting business impact.
- Is experienced in radiating these results to a product community.
- Can demonstrate with historical metrics how results were assessed and communicated
- Open to growing in the craft of modern product management.
- Has an innate curiosity. Desires to learn the craft of taking problems to solve and innovating to emerge simple solutions that delight customers in a way that works for
- Can provide examples of past growth pursuits and instances of curiosity on engagements.
- Can provide examples of team engagement to achieve valuable and viable solutions collectively
- Has exposure to emerging lean solutions through rapid, inexpensive experimentation to arrive at the simplest solution that works to solve customer needs.
- This translates to direct customer and user engagement and a leaning forward approach to deliver the right thing in the right way at the right time.
- Can provide examples of engagement with the user before, during, and after delivery.
- Demonstrates an approach and mindset that favors action and evidence over prioritization and planning.
- Has experience as a product professional working collaboratively on discovery and delivery with an empowered, cross-functional team of product, customers, engineering, experience, and delivery.
- Has some experience bringing the diverse perspectives of the team together to make better decisions that are informed by feasibility, usability, and value/viability.
- Has experience in modern discovery and delivery techniques and can deploy these to minimize output and maximize outcomes and impact.
- Has some experience in aspects of our Product Engineering Operating Model, including Concept, Define, Solution, Build, and Scale.
- Able to navigate several aspects of the enterprise to enable value (e.g, engineering, experience design, finance, sales, marketing, compliance, and security).
