Business Services Recruiter

This position partners closely with hiring managers to identify top talent, build candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while meeting hiring goals. The ideal candidate has strong recruiting experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and recruiting databases
• Conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Track recruiting activity and candidate progress within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Provide market insights, hiring trends, and recruiting recommendations to hiring managers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
• Support employment branding, recruiting events, and talent acquisition initiatives
• Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Prepare recruiting reports, pipeline updates, and hiring metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent recruiting experience
• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience
• Experience recruiting for business services, administrative, accounting, finance, customer service, operations, or professional roles
• Strong sourcing and candidate relationship-building skills
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting technologies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agency staffing or corporate recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for accounting, finance, HR, operations, or professional services positions
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
