Under general supervision of the Assistant Superintendent, Business Services, performs the necessary duties and functions related to processing of Cycle I payroll. Establishes and maintains highly complex payroll records, is responsible for accounting functions related to accounts payable of district funds as necessary; and performs all other related duties as assigned within the Business Services Department.

This position is full-time, eight (8) hours per day in the Business Services Department at the District Office. Monday-Friday, 7:30a.m.-4:00p.m.

  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two letters are required) OR Letter(s) of Reference (Two letters are required)
  • Proof of HS Graduation (High School Diploma, transcript, or equivalent)
  • Resume
  • Typing Certificate (35 wpm net/5 minute test from an agency is required, on line test not accepted)

Requirements / Qualifications
