    Job Summary

    The Business Services Consultant - Enterprise Access supports access strategy and initiatives across the Medical Group. This role partners with clinical, operational, and physician leaders to improve scheduling, patient access, and practice performance.

    Using data and operational insights, the consultant identifies improvement opportunities, reports on performance, and helps market leaders align priorities and drive execution.

    Essential Functions of the Role

    • Serve as the primary liaison between the Medical Group, clinic operations, and market leadership to ensure adherence to system access policies.
    • Present access and performance insights to regional executive leadership during Monthly Operating Review (MOR).
    • Support the implementation of Rapid Access Deployment (RAD) to expand timely appointment availability and reduce patient wait times.
    • Partner with stakeholder teams to implement, monitor, and report on key access metrics
    • Support change efforts and provider engagement to increase adoption of access initiatives and operational improvements.
    • Ensure all areas of responsibility are aligned with the mission, vision, values, and strategic goals of the organization.
    • Use data and Excel-based analyses to support operational decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.

    Key Success Factors

    • Ideal candidates will posses Ambulatory Patient Access experience.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with operational teams, clinic leaders, physicians, and APPs.
    • Experience using Epic EMR, including data and reporting.
    • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive and board-level audiences.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear operational insights.
    • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities while tracking performance and outcomes.
    • Experience supporting change initiatives and engaging stakeholders in a complex healthcare environment.
    • Ability to create clear, polished presentations and summaries for executive audiences that translate data and operational findings into actionable next steps.
    • Ability to travel throughout assigned market(s) to attend meetings.
    • Master's degree in Business or Health Care Administration or a related field preferred
