Job Summary:
This role is for a Business Development Representative Associate supporting business by driving pipeline and revenue. The position involves customer engagement across multiple channels and requires a candidate comfortable with change and new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales territories with gap coverage and ad hoc campaign initiatives.

• Conduct account intelligence and research to support sales efforts.

• Engage with customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and social media.

• Utilize CRM systems and various online resources for research and data management.

Must-Have Skills:

• At least 6-12 months of prior SDR or sales-relevant experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.

• Athletic Background: Competitive backgrounds (high school or college sports) listed on the resume are strongly preferred as an indicator of drive and coachability
• German Language Skills preferred
