Proactively monitor production, balances, and marketing performance data to identify anomalies, emerging trends, and operational risks. Knowledge of data quality management, anomaly detection, production monitoring, and root cause analysis methodologies.

Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)

• Develop, automate, and maintain weekly and monthly digital and marketing performance reporting routines and dashboards.
• Support design, testing, and implementation of AI-enabled reporting and analytics agents.
• Develop and enhance KPI frameworks, scorecards, and operational performance metrics to support business decision-making.
• Proactively monitor production, balances, and marketing performance data to identify anomalies, emerging trends, and operational risks.
• Perform root cause analysis and partner with business, data, and technology teams to research and resolve performance variances.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, standardize reporting processes, and reduce manual effort through automation.
• Define, implement, and monitor metrics and controls to ensure adherence to established business processes, reporting routines, and governance standards.
• Document and standardize reporting methodologies, KPI definitions, and AI-enabled processes to drive consistency and scalability across the organization.

Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, reporting, analytics, process improvement, or performance management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Experience with AI, automation, digital analytics, or performance reporting preferred.

Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)

• Experience supporting digital banking, deposits, marketing, customer acquisition, or performance analytics functions.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks, scorecards, and executive performance reporting.
• Familiarity with AI, generative AI, agent development, automation tools, or workflow optimization initiatives.
• Experience identifying and implementing operational excellence and process improvement opportunities.
• Experience creating controls, governance routines, and performance metrics to monitor adherence to business processes and standards.
• Knowledge of data quality management, anomaly detection, production monitoring, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SQL, Python, or other analytics and visualization tools.
• Experience working in Agile, product, marketing, analytics, or cross-functional business environments.
• Financial services, digital marketing, or customer analytics experience preferred.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable reporting, automation, and process solutions.
