Business Relationship Manager

Job Description:

• Act as the primary relationship manager between TCS and client leadership for the Toledo area accounts.
• Develop trusted-advisor relationships with CIO, VP IT, business process owners, and key stakeholders.
• Drive customer satisfaction, business value realization, and account growth through proactive engagement.
• Identify business opportunities, transformation initiatives, and innovation themes across the client portfolio.
• Build and maintain account technology roadmaps aligned to client business objectives and TCS offerings.
• Oversee SAP, AMS, Infrastructure, Manufacturing technologies, Data & Analytics, Cyber Security, Digital, and Automation initiatives as applicable.
• Ensure delivery excellence through governance cadence, executive reviews, QBRs, SLA tracking, and operational KPI management.
• Own revenue growth, pipeline conversion, forecast accuracy, and margin improvement in alignment with account leadership.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and communications across onsite and offshore stakeholders.
• Champion AI, GenAI, automation, self-heal, and continuous-improvement opportunities to improve business outcomes.

Salary Range: $128,900 - 174,400 a year
