Business Relationship Manager for a large Telco/CSP customer encompassing all service lines.
Develop a robust pipeline and drive market share by securing new business while managing the entire sales lifecycle
Nurturing and developing opportunities with new areas in the account
Focused penetration into white spaces by leveraging TCS growth eco system and capabilities
Continuous development of new VP level relationships especially in Networks/Digital functions
Enhance portfolio of growth and transformation deals in the account
Interact with client senior decision makers/influencers about their strategic growth objectives and communicating our capability to directly match their needs.
Be responsible for developing a continuous pipeline of sales leads by researching the multiple layers for existing and new clients
Adept in supporting delivery leads towards execution of complex programs to ensure CSAT, driving advocacy and organic growth
