Our client, a respected Palm Beach County firm, is seeking a Business and Real Estate Transactional Attorney with 4+ years of experience for its West Palm Beach office. The practice blends corporate counseling with commercial real estate transactions for developers, investors, and closely held businesses.

This is an in-office role in West Palm Beach, offering close partner collaboration and a sophisticated South Florida client base.

What You'll Do

• Handle commercial real estate purchases, sales, leases, and financing
• Draft and negotiate corporate and commercial contracts
• Advise clients on entity structure and ownership arrangements
• Coordinate diligence, title, and closing for real estate deals
• Counsel business owners on day-to-day transactional needs

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate and/or commercial real estate transactional experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Comfort working directly with sophisticated business clients
• Commitment to working in office in West Palm Beach
