Business and Real Estate Transactional Attorney: Rewarding Deal Work in Delray Beach

Our client, a respected South Florida firm, is seeking a Business and Real Estate Transactional Attorney with 4+ years of experience for its Delray Beach office. The firm advises entrepreneurs, investors, developers, and family businesses on corporate and commercial real estate transactions throughout Palm Beach County.

This is an in-office role in Delray Beach, where you will work closely with partners and a dedicated transactional support team.

What You'll Do

• Structure and negotiate business acquisitions, sales, and investments
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
• Form entities and prepare operating and shareholder agreements
• Coordinate due diligence, title review, and closings
• Advise clients on commercial contracts and governance matters

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate and/or commercial real estate transactional experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A client-focused approach and willingness to work in office
