Microsoft's Intern Program plays an important role in developing future talent and creating meaningful connections between interns, their work, our culture, and our mission. As emerging technologies reshape how people learn, work, and build, we have an opportunity to evolve the internship experience to help early talent develop future-ready capabilities while creating a sense of community and belonging.
In this role, you will lead the design and execution of key elements of Microsoft's global intern experience, connecting community, belonging, innovation, and skill development across the intern lifecycle. You will own several high-impact intern experiences, including our annual Intern Celebration, while developing new opportunities for interns to experiment, build future-ready skills, form meaningful relationships, and make an impact through their work.
This role is ideal for someone who can connect strategy to execution, bring structure to ambiguity, build for global scale, and use data and insights to continuously improve programs. You will collaborate across Microsoft with business stakeholders, learning partners, managers, employees, regional teams, and program partners to deliver a cohesive and differentiated intern experience.
