Overview
A small team with outsized impact. Were reimagining the compliance program management office - pairing rigorous program discipline with frontier AI - and we need a strong program manager to help build it. The Compliance & Ethics PMO within Microsofts Corporate, External & Legal Affairs (CELA) group partners across the enterprise to design the governance, tooling, and AI-enabled operating models behind complex compliance programs.
In this role you will translate regulatory requirements into executable plans, stand up the governance and operating rhythms that keep them on track, and build AI-supported systems that connect obligations to controls and evidence, surface gaps and dependencies, automate routine workflows, and produce timely, decision-ready insights for leaders and executives.
This is a second-line compliance role: operational teams remain accountable for day-to-day execution and regulatory engagement, while you coordinate, enable, and strengthen program performance across the enterprise. Success means governance that drives accountability, preserves human judgment for consequential decisions, embeds privacy and security safeguards, and turns recurring compliance work into durable, measurable, auditable processes that scale across programs.
