Join us to be part of a dynamic and impactful global company!About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Product Coordinator to own the health of our team's Jira backlog, drive execution planning across our product improvement initiatives, and serve as a key liaison between engineering, leadership, and customers. This role blends backlog management discipline with strategic planning and stakeholder communication.Key ResponsibilitiesBacklog & Jira ManagementOwn and maintain the team's Jira backlog, ensuring items are properly written, prioritized, labeled, and groomedFacilitate backlog refinement sessions with engineering and product stakeholdersEnsure epics, stories, and tasks are appropriately scoped, sequenced, and linked to broader initiativesMonitor sprint/cycle health, flag blockers, and maintain accurate status reporting (burndown, velocity, throughput)Establish and enforce consistent ticket hygiene standards (naming conventions, acceptance criteria, definition of done)Jira Administration & OptimizationBuild and manage Jira automation rules to reduce manual work (e.g., auto-assigning issues, status transitions, notifications, SLA escalations)Design and maintain Jira dashboards providing real-time visibility into sprint health, velocity, burndown/burnup, and cumulative flowBuild and manage timelines/roadmaps (using Jira Timeline, Advanced Roadmaps, or Structure) to visualize cross-team dependencies and delivery milestonesUse JQL (Jira Query Language) to create custom filters, saved searches, and reports for stakeholdersMaintain data integrity and consistent ticket hygiene (labeling, components, versions, priorities) across projectsExecution PlanningPartner with engineering leads and product owners to build and maintain roadmaps for product improvementsTranslate strategic priorities into actionable, sequenced execution plans with clear milestones and ownersIdentify dependencies, risks, and resourcing gaps across concurrent workstreamsTrack progress against plans and proactively surface schedule risks to leadershipRun regular planning cadences (sprint planning, quarterly roadmap reviews, retrospectives)Skills Required: Project ManagementExperience Required: Senior Associate Exp: 4 years in IT; 1 years in Program Mgmt., Expert in Proj MgrExperience Preferred:Customer & Stakeholder EngagementServe as a point of contact for customers regarding product updates, timelines, and issue statusGather and synthesize customer feedback into actionable backlog itemsBuild trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align expectationsSupport customer-facing meetings, demos, and check-ins as neededCommunicationsDraft and distribute regular status updates, release notes, and roadmap communications to stakeholders and leadershipCreate clear, concise materials (decks, dashboards, written summaries) translating technical work into business-relevant languageCoordinate cross-team communication to ensure alignment on priorities and timelinesManage announcements related to feature releases, changes, or known issuesEducation Required: Bachelor's DegreeAdditional Information: 4 days on site V2Soft is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
