Business Process Design Analyst - PLM

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Business Process Design Analyst – PLM to join our growing Portfolio Collaborative Development team that handles Digital Transformation for Product Development and Lifecycle management. This hybrid position requires on-site presence 3 days per week at our Morrisville, NC location and relocation support can be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements for PLM field and design solutions, communicating complex technical situations to business stakeholdersIdentify and de-bottleneck issues, highlight opportunities for optimization and communicate these in the PLM project roadmapLead PLM project execution, overseeing timelines, stakeholder communication, and deliverables quality ensuring that deliverables are of high qualityServe as a change‑management plan participant to ensure smooth transfer of business processes with PLM systemsDrive collaboration with business units and IT to drive PLM Digital TransformationParticipate in the selection, implementation, and configuration of PLM systemsSupport ongoing digital product lifecycle management best practicesBasic Qualifications3 years of experience with Digital Transformation for PLM, MES, or SCM systemsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or related fieldsPreferred Qualifications4 years of experience supporting Product Lifecycle Management with Windchill8 years of experience managing Digital Transformation for PLM and related productsExperience delivering reports with BI tools: Power BIProficient in delivering presentations: Word, Excel, PowerPointHands‑on approach to problem solving with excellent problem analysis and resolution skillsExcellent project management skills with a track record of successful project deliveryExceptional communication and leadership skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levelsStrategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvementStrong sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and on a teamCultural competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tactExperience with AI products or scenario implementation a plusPMP certification is a plusThe base salary budgeted range for this position is $105-130k.
